Welcome to BookMyAero. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BookMyAero website and our travel booking services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using BookMyAero's website or services, including but not limited to requesting fare quotes, making flight reservations, or communicating with our travel agents, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

BookMyAero is an independent travel agency that acts as an intermediary between travelers and airline carriers. We are not an airline, and we do not operate any flights.

Our services include:

• Searching multiple airline reservation systems and consolidator databases for the best available fares
• Providing fare quotes for domestic and international flights
• Processing flight bookings on behalf of customers through airline systems
• Assisting with flight changes, cancellations, and other travel modifications
• Offering personalized travel consultation and itinerary planning

All flights booked through BookMyAero are operated by the respective airlines, and all air travel is subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of the operating airline.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are booking travel on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

4. Booking and Payment

4.1 Fare Quotes

Fare quotes provided by our agents are based on availability at the time of inquiry. Fares are subject to change and are not guaranteed until a ticket is issued. Airline pricing is dynamic, and fares may increase or decrease without notice based on demand, seat availability, and airline pricing algorithms.

4.2 Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only when you have received a confirmed e-ticket from BookMyAero via email. A reservation or hold does not constitute a confirmed booking.

4.3 Payment Processing

Payment for airline tickets is processed securely through airline reservation systems. We accept major credit cards and debit cards. By providing your payment information, you authorize BookMyAero to charge the agreed-upon fare amount plus any applicable service fees to your designated payment method.

4.4 Service Fees

BookMyAero may charge a service fee for processing your booking. Any applicable service fees will be disclosed to you before you authorize payment. Service fees are non-refundable once a ticket has been issued.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Airline Cancellation Policies

All cancellations and changes to flight bookings are subject to the fare rules and cancellation policies of the issuing airline. Many airline tickets are non-refundable or may carry significant cancellation penalties. Our agents will inform you of the applicable fare rules at the time of booking.

5.2 Cancellation Processing Fee

In addition to any airline-imposed penalties, BookMyAero may charge a cancellation processing fee to cover administrative costs associated with processing your cancellation or change request. This fee will be communicated to you before processing.

5.3 Refund Processing

If you are eligible for a refund (as determined by the airline's fare rules), refunds will be processed through your original payment method. Refund processing times vary by airline and payment provider but typically take 7 to 14 business days for credit card refunds. Some airlines may take up to two billing cycles to process refunds.

5.4 24-Hour Cancellation

In accordance with U.S. Department of Transportation regulations, tickets booked for travel originating from the United States may be eligible for a full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of booking, provided the booking was made at least seven (7) days before the scheduled departure date.

6. Limitation of Liability

BookMyAero acts solely as an intermediary and is not liable for:

• Airline schedule changes, flight cancellations, delays, diversions, or overbooking
• Loss, damage, or delay of baggage by airlines
• Personal injury, illness, or death during air travel
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, wars, strikes, government actions, or severe weather conditions
• Actions or omissions of airlines, airports, or other third-party service providers
• Denial of boarding due to inadequate travel documentation (passports, visas, health certificates)

In no event shall BookMyAero's total liability to you exceed the amount of service fees paid by you to BookMyAero for the booking in question. This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, all fares, flight schedules, and availability data are sourced directly from airline reservation systems and are subject to change without notice. BookMyAero does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided on our website or by our agents until a ticket is issued.

It is the passenger's responsibility to verify all travel details, including flight times, dates, airports, and connection requirements, upon receiving their e-ticket confirmation.

8. Travel Documentation

Passengers are solely responsible for ensuring they possess valid travel documentation, including passports, visas, transit permits, health certificates, and any other documents required by the airlines or the authorities of the countries of departure, transit, and destination. BookMyAero is not responsible for any issues arising from inadequate or invalid travel documentation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the BookMyAero website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of BookMyAero or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, or otherwise use any content from our website without our prior written consent.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BookMyAero, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles County, California.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published by BookMyAero, constitute the entire agreement between you and BookMyAero concerning the use of our services.
